Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly scheduling.
Do you offer interior design consultations?
Yes, we offer both virtual and in-person design consultations. You can book a session through our 'Design Services' page to work one-on-one with our professional stylists.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Next Level Design Studio is committed to sustainability. We partner with artisans who use reclaimed woods, organic textiles, and eco-friendly manufacturing processes whenever possible.
Can I track my furniture delivery in real-time?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. For freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you provide fabric and material swatches?
We want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or wood finish swatches for free to ensure they match your home's lighting and existing decor.
